Crypto, EPICSTORIAN – DOGS Community has announced in its latest update a significant change in its token generation event (TGE) schedule.
The company said it has decided to postpone the TGE and the subsequent token listing until 12 PM UTC on August 23. This delay, however, may have come as part of their strategic adjustment to ensure a smooth rollout.
In the meantime, the token founders have extended the period for claims to exchanges and the Telegram Wallet, which will remain open until 6 PM UTC on August 21.
This extension allows participants additional time to complete their verifications, fund wallets with Toncoin gas fee, and ensure all necessary steps are taken before the new schedule kicks in.

DOGS said it aims to provide clarity and ensure all participants are adequately prepared for the updated timeline.
Writing in one of its official communication channels, DOGS Community wrote, “Here’s the updated timeline: Claim to exchanges and Telegram Wallet: Open until 6pm UTC on 21st August.
“Claim to non-custodial wallets: Available from 8am UTC on 23rd August.
“TGE and listing : 12pm UTC on 23rd August (POSTPONED). RT + LIKE If you support $DOGS 🐶🦴.Thank you for your incredible support — let’s keep the momentum going!”
It further noted that it prioritises the community transparency and will ensure that each member who participated in DOGS mining on Telegram receives their fair share by extending the token claim period.
“To ensure everyone has enough time, we’re adding more withdrawal options and extending the claim period,” it added.
Despite current dip as seen in the cryptocurrencymarket, the token founders said over 6 million people are optimistic about the future of its tokens and have already verified to claim their deposits to exchanges.
