

IAF intercepts Gaza rockets mid-air as projectiles threaten Israeli cities during nighttime barrage.
TEL AVIV – Terrorists in Gaza launched approximately 10 projectiles toward Israeli cities on Saturday night, according to a statement from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
The IDF said that most of the rockets were intercepted by the Israel Air Force (IAF), preventing casualties or significant damage.

“A short while ago, a launcher used to fire a projectile from Gaza earlier tonight was struck by the IAF,” the IDF said in its statement. The military added that its operations are ongoing to ensure the safety of Israeli citizens.
“We will continue to operate to remove any threat to Israeli civilians,” the IDF said, reaffirming its commitment to defense readiness amid heightened tensions in the region.
