Police confirm Brazilian OnlyFans star’s fatal hotel balcony fall was accidental, no foul play suspected.
Baixada Fluminense, Brazil (EPICSTORIAN) – Police have ruled the death of Brazilian adult content creator Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, known as Anna Polly, as accidental.
The 27-year-old influencer fell from a balcony at the Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguaçu, Rio de Janeiro, on January 23 while filming an explicit scene with two unidentified men.
Police believe she climbed onto the railing before slipping and falling. No evidence suggests foul play, despite initial speculation.
Drugs, Witness Accounts, and Investigation Findings
Alves reportedly consumed drugs shortly before the fall. A toxicology report is pending, but investigators suspect intoxication may have impaired her judgment.
Three men, including the two present during the incident, gave conflicting statements. Investigators have reviewed hotel security footage, spoken with witnesses, and examined forensic evidence.
A video from a nearby building shows authorities removing a bloodstained white sheet covering Alves’ body, partially obscured by a wall.
Online Harassment and Police Inquiry
Her boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, confirmed that police are handling the case and assured that anyone responsible will be held accountable.
“All the information is in the hands of the police. If someone is to blame, they will be found,” Henrique told Brazilian magazine Quem.
Friends and family shared concerns about the pressures she faced online. Some fans allegedly harassed and coerced her, according to Brazilian outlet Metrópoles. Investigators have seized her mobile phone to examine messages and social media activity.
A close friend described her as ambitious, saying, “She had big plans and was excited about expanding her social media presence. This news has left everyone in shock.”
Final Moments and Burial
Alves was laid to rest on January 25, with her boyfriend posting a heartfelt tribute on Instagram.
“It’s so difficult without you. The more time passes, the bigger the hole in my heart,” he wrote.

Authorities have not ruled out reopening the case if new evidence emerges. For now, findings indicate a tragic accident rather than an intentional act.
